Testimonials

North Jeffco Apex Center

In 22 years as a park and Recreation Director, I have never been exposed to a more professional, talented, and courteous staff. The Colorado Hardscapes staff was always willing to take on a new challenge. I also found that the same level of professionalism ran very deep into your personnel ranks – from administrative support to laborers.

Rob Robinson, Executive Director | North Jeffco Apex Center

Hoar Construction

Although Colorado Hardscapes may not always be the low bidder on the job, we found them to be cost competitive. The value Colorado Hardscapes provided in quality, responsiveness, meeting schedules, and partnering with us to turn out great projects on time is unparalleled.

We were impressed by the professionalism and workmanship of the site crew. They were very cooperative. We also noticed their attention to detail. Altogether and outstanding job. We would recommend CHI to any homeowner considering residential concrete work.

Lori Catalano – CU Denver

I'd like to thank you for hosting CU Denver Students at the Colorado Hardscapes' Design Center. For students pursuing their master's degree in landscape architecture, learning about the properties and possibilities of materials, such as concrete, is a fundamental part of their education. You are always very generous in sharing your time and knowledge of your craft. The demonstration on how to pour, create joints, and color concrete is always memorable for the students. But what really excites us as designers is being able to see and touch the different samples on display in the Design Center. I encourage students and professionals to take advantage of the Design Center as a resource where one can see what is currently possible, explore new ideas, and test them. It is refreshing to know there are professional contractors like Colorado Hardscapes interested in innovation.

Old Greenwich Builders

It’s worth noting that your crew has been the most professional and certainly the most detail oriented and quality minded trade on site thus far. I was very impressed with the form work and the care everyone took to ensure the walls were straight and per plan. In my brief interaction with Bill, he was very amicable and willing to work out small issues on the fly. As you likely know, that is a hard trait to find in foreman these days. Just wanted to let you know that everyone was super impressed with your work.

Logan Simpson

Colorado Hardscapes prepared a beautifully detailed maquette of the fabricated rock features, which was extremely helpful in visualizing the climbing elements and making final adjustments.

City of Loveland

The playground climbing wall and waterfall is a key feature of Mehaffey Park and draws hundreds of visitors daily during the summer. Because of the walls southern orientation, the climbing wall is warm and inviting all year round, it is a gem in our park system!
