| Christy has been with Colorado Hardscapes since 1994 and fulfills the role of consultant and project manager. She has experience managing all aspects of a project from estimating through construction to final close-out. Christy specializes in working with general contractors and custom home builders. Notable projects include the Colorado History Museum, multiple projects at the United States Air Force Academy, the Four Seasons Hotel, The Spire, and the City of Denver Civic Center Park. |

| Over many years with Colorado Hardscapes, John has worked in several roles with the company in both production and sales. Currently working as Senior Technical Manager, his responsibilities include developing samples and specifications for new projects and new products, meeting with designers and contractors to discuss options, feasibility, budgets, and construction details, and functioning as a liaison between sales and production. Notable projects include the Kennedy Building, Wyoming Combined Labs, and Tuscany Plaza as well as working as part of a team on numerous other projects. |

| In 2006, after graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Building Construction Management, Keith came to work for Colorado Hardscapes. Keith started in Colorado Hardscapes' repair division and quickly moved into Project Management and consulting roles. His focus is now on water features and architectural concrete. Some of his projects include: Orchard Town Center, Westminster Center Park, Barnum Park, and Ameristar Casino. |

| A background in residential and commercial construction inspired Michael to earn his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. He has worked closely on projects with the Preservation Partnership and Colorado Preservation Inc., as well as non-profit statewide historic building preservation organizations. Michael joined Colorado Hardscapes estimating department in 2006. Notable projects include the Children’s Hospital, Fort Lupton Readiness Center, CSU Academic Instruction Building, Alameda C-470 interchange (vertical concrete stain), Wright Farms Library, and Westwood Opportunity Center. |

| Karen has a Bachelor's degree in Business. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Organizational Leadership with emphasis on Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver. Karen rejoined Colorado Hardscapes' sales team in 2006. Her current role is in custom concrete projects, di Giacomo rock work, Business Development and Marketing. Karen is a member of NAIOP, SMPS, WCCA, AGC, USGBC Colorado, and ASLA Colorado. Notable projects include: Denver Botanic Children's Garden, Colorado Mountain College, Asbury Green and Centennial Park. |

Rick has been an ACI certified finisher for 10 years and his project experience includes: The Broadmoor Hotel, Parker Adventist Hospital, and The Air Force Academy. |

| Jerrod joined Colorado Hardscapes in 1994 in the simulated rock division. In 1998, he was presented the opportunity to join in starting a family business where he continued to work closely with Colorado Hardscapes. In 2005 he rejoined Colorado Hardscapes because of the friendships and working relationships. He is now the Superintendent for the simulated rock and water feature work. Some of the projects Jerrod has been involved with include: Northfield at Stapleton, Private Residence in California, Olympic Training Center, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Children's Garden. |

Jeremy Lefever

| What started as a summer job for Jeremy in 1993, turned into a career. Jeremy started with Colorado Hardscapes as a laborer in the simulated rock division. Shortly after he was recruited to the Bomanite division were he continued to work as a laborer. He worked his way up to a formsetter then foreman. Today he manages specialty flatwork projects. Some of Jeremy's projects include: Broomfield medians, Vail's Cascade Village and Solterra. |

| In 1982 Bill began with Colorado Hardscapes and mastered many jobs in the company including many years as a Custom Foreman. Bill is now the division manager for the Replacement Division. Bill's portfolio includes: Front Range Village, Aspen Grove Lifestyle Center, Orchard Shops and Briargate Lifestyle Center. |

| Chuck Lau joined Colorado Hardscapes in 2005, bringing with him more than 30 years in the construction industry. He started as a Project Manager and within a few years accepted the position of Sales Manager where he shared some of his construction experience with the first rate sales team. In 2011, Chuck took the position of Premium Flooring Superintendent. Withing the Premium Flooring group, a new caulking division has been added. A few projects that Chuck has worked on include: The Shops at Centerra, The Spire, The Shops at Prairie Center, Northfield at Stapleton and The Pinnacle. |

| Dan has been with Colorado Hardscapes since 1982. He was a foreman for 11 years, a supervisor for three years and the manager of the Custom Division for four years. | Vince is a Colorado licensed professional civil engineer and has 9 years of engineering experience. His involvement in Colorado Hardscapes has been as a technician, foreman, and superintendent. After growing up in the company, Vince officially joined Colorado Hardscapes in 2000 and was named CEO in 2003. |
