Client Need:
In designing a temporary housing facility for families of individuals undergoing physical rehabilitation, the architect designed wide walkways and comfortable patio areas requiring 6700 square feet of paving.
Solution:
Bomanite® with Patène Artectura® highlighted bands matched the buildings and provided the atmosphere the designers were looking for.
Results:
A Bomanite Heavy Slate texture was used for the bands and fields were defined with saw-cut scoring. The bands were then stained in tones of black, brown and red to create the contrasting color desired.
