Client Need:
Jefferson Park at Lowry is an upscale apartment complex built by JPI on the south end of the former Lowry Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado. The complex wanted a special look for their pool deck and patio area as well as the front entry.
Solution:
Colorado Hardscapes was able to offer the color and pattern choices the apartment complex was looking for, as well as the experience to produce the quality of work needed.
Results:
Colorado Hardscapes installed the flatwork at the front entry to the clubhouse and the pool deck/patio in the common area. The duo-colored concrete has an etched finish with saw cuts creating a 12" x 12" and 4' x 4' scoring pattern. To date, this job was the closest that Colorado Hardscapes
had come in flatwork to a pre-cast look in both appearance and texture.
