Client Need:
Broomfield High School was looking for durable, low maintenance, yet decorative flooring for their entryways and corridors.
Solution:
Polished concrete’s durability and low-maintenance was a perfect solution for this school’s high-traffic areas. The architect chose to accent the flooring with muted colors dyed into the concrete that resemble the school’s colors. They also chose v-cuts and caulking to create a more elegant finish and to increase its ease of maintenance.
Results:
An organic concrete floor with decorative cuts and accent dying created a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish for the hallways and entryways. |
