Client Need:
To join a restored Denver building at 900 S. Broadway with new construction at 990 S. Broadway the client needed a pleasing plaza.
Solution:
Sandscape Texture's clean crisp finish was the perfect texture to complement the architecture but give a fresh look. CHI was also able to pour planters, seat walls, steps and even curb and gutter for this office plaza.
Results:
A brand new plaza featuring Sandscape TextureTM concrete helps revitalize an historic building and join it to a new development in a section of Denver that is being revitalized.
