Client Need:
A restored Denver building at 900 S. Broadway needed to blend in with a new construction building at 990 S. Broadway, therefore the client needed an aesthetically pleasing plaza to join the two different buildings together.
Solution:
Sandscape® Texture's clean crisp finish was the perfect texture to compliment the architecture but give a fresh look. Colorado Hardscapes was able to pour planters, seat walls, steps, curb and gutters for this office plaza.
Results:
A brand new plaza featuring Sandscape Texture concrete helps revitalize a historic building and creates continuity between a renovated building and a new construction building.
