Client Need:
The general contractor had a couple of problems to overcome. The first challenge was the existing floor, which had been poured unevenly. The second challenge was trying to achieve a "leathery" surface through the texture in the floor.
Solution:
After leveling the floor with repair mortars, Sand colored Micro-Top® was troweled on the surface and four different colors of Con-Color were applied to give the desired look.
Results:
The outcome was a stunning floor that achieved the look of a "leathery" texture, therfore meeting the aesthetic goal of the design firm and the specifications of the general contractor.
