Client Need:
The property management firm wanted to replace the existing pavers and install a more durable material while keeping the existing trees and benches with a limited budget.
Solution:
Colorado Hardscapes removed the pavers and installed an integrally colored monolithic concrete slab for durability and attractiveness. The benches were replaced and square planters were left around the trees to preserve them.
Results:
The courtyard between the two office buildings maintained the desired elements, the trees and benches, while the deteriorating pavers were removed and an attractive integrally colored concrete slab was installed.
