Client Need:
The landscaped area along the building had drainage problems resulting in water getting into the building. The owners wanted to replace the area with something that would solve the problem but maintain a pleasing aesthetic around the building.
Solution:
The colors and patterns of Bomanite® imprinted concrete allowed the aesthetic to be maintained, while solving the drainage issues.
Results:
6,940 square feet of imprinted concrete in the Ashlar Slate pattern and uniquely shaped sections of Garden Stone pattern run along the cobble lined concrete channel that forms a dry stream bed. Colors were selected to coordinate with the brick veneer of the building.
