Client Need:
A spectacular water feature was designed for the area opposite this Denver mansion.
Solution:
CHI provided a turn-key solution by pouring all of the concrete steps and building the water feature including pump and mechanical.
Results:
Concrete is the structural component of this very unique water feature. The concrete is the base of support, provides aesthitics and functionality. Custom pond basins made up of concrete with a special sand mixture, integral color, Sandscape Texture™ and Caltite waterproofing are key to this project as the part of the concrete that can be seen through the water to create the aesthic desired. The pond basins are also key because the Caltite in the concrete allows for waterproofing without the use of hard to maintain liners or epoxy coatings.
