Client Need:
Although they had only a limited amount of square footage, the owners of this Littleton, Colorado home wanted to use it to truly enhance the curb appeal and outdoor living areas of their residence.
Solution:
CHI used two different patterns, a unique design and a matching seat wall to achieve the desired look. Bomanite® was used not only for its beauty, but for the ability to customize patterns and colors for the exact desired effect.
Results:
Two color hardners and two release agents were mixed to find a color that would complement the exterior of the home. Two different patterns were used to help distinguish pathways from the small seating area and front step. English Sidewalk Slate enhances the pathway from the sidewalk and driveway, while the Fishscale Granite Setts pattern sets off a circular area complete with matching seat wall. Fishscale is also used for the concrete in front of the double doors to the home, and along with bullnose steps, it completes this small but charming entrance.
