Client Need:
The owners wanted to complement the western theme of the home with the rustic look of concrete and the designer wanted to use concrete in her design. The owners also needed a low maintenance floor because of small children in the household.
Solution:
CHI installed the reactive stain Patène Artectura system to produce the desired look and keep the floor low maintenance.
Results:
The homeowners were very happy with the resulting floor stained with Pine and Caribbean Blue and the designer continues to specify reactive stain floors with the Patène Artectura system.
