Client Need:
Challenges included giving the concrete a very stone-like appearance to create harmony with the natural stones integrated into the concrete and the surrounding areas. Further challenges came in matching the stucco exterior.
Solution:
Using cantilever edges and our sampling process to match the stone and stucco, CHI was able produce the aesthetic the designer desired.
Results:
The entrance, front patios and west patio are all constructed of textured concrete with a saw-cut diamond pattern and help to create true outdoor living spaces for the homeowner.
