Client Need:
The homeowner needed a multiple level patio and steps around a water feature and fire pit that could be used year round.
Solution:
Colorado Hardscapes installed Bomanite on two different levels with steps connecting the areas. The upper area is covered and was built as an outdoor living space which includes a fireplace, small kitchen area and a sitting / eating area. A radiant heat system through all the concrete helps ensure year round use.
Results:
The center point of the entire project is a fountain that starts as a hot tub and ends up cascading down multiple levels to a lower pool area. A Bomanite coping surrounds the lower pool. A second seating area with a fire place was poured using the small random slate pattern which ties in nicely with the natural stepping stones and boulders meandering to the back of the property.
