Client Need:
In the planning stages of northern Colorado's newest outdoor retail center along the Front Range, the owners and landscape architect wanted the concrete paving surrounding the shops and restaurants to set the desired atmosphere – warm, inviting, and upscale with a Colorado flair.
Solution:
Colorado Hardscape, Inc. worked closely with Hoar Construction to give them the desired look. Having worked together on similar projects at the Aspen Grove and Briargate outdoor retail centers, all parties involved knew that several paving solutions were needed to attain the desired effect: Bomanite stamped and colored concrete, Sandscape Texture concrete, standard uncolored concrete with saw cut scoring, and standard uncolored concrete with scoring.
Results:
The project was finished on time and exceeded the expectations of both the landscape architect and the owners. Along with the complex and decorative concrete paving, CHI was able to install a stunning plaza water feature, pop jet stained concrete plaza, and a fire pit.
