Client Need:
For northern Colorado's newest and largest outdoor retail center the owners and landscape architect took special care in designing the concrete paving that would surround the 85 shops and restaurants throuhout the complex and set the desired atmosphere.
Solution:
CHI worked once again with Hoar Construction for Poag + McEwen as we did on the Aspen Grove and Briargate outdoor retail centers. Several paving solutions were needed to fulfill the design: Bomanite stamped and colored concrete, Sandscape Texture concrete, standard uncolored concrete with saw cut scoring, and standard uncolored concrete with hand tooled scoring.
Results:
The project was finished on time and exceeded the expectations of both the landscape architect and the owners. Along with the concrete paving, CHI was able to install a stunning plaza water feature, pop jet stained concrete plaza and a fire pit.
