CASE STUDY INDEX
Client Need:
Logistical needs were the most critical on this job: all of the construction trades needed access through the pedestrian areas that needed paving, all the second and third levels needed to have concrete pumped into them, and all sandblasting needed to be done at night. Color for the outdoor paving was also crucial because it would play such a prominent role in the outdoor mall on every level.

Solution:
Project management was the key to making this a successful project, and Colorado Hardscapes' years of experience allowed us to navigate through the project and finish on time and on budget. All the colors, textures and details were closely coordinated with the architect through a series of samples.

Results:
50,000 square feet of uniquely designed exterior concrete paving includes saw-cuts, sandblasting of colored concrete and colored sealer used on wedge shaped areas.
