Client Need:
The Denver Zoo was looking for an update to their Northern Shore exhibit. Previously, the seating/play area was limited, therefore a concept plan was developed to allow for adequate seating for parents and plenty of play areas for children.
Solution:
The interactive streambed encourages exploring nature, splashing and wading. A seating wall merges with the stream bed, allowing plenty of room for parents to take a break and cool off in the shade.
Results:
Local rock artisians at Colorado Hardscapes made this exhibit unique with the climbing rocks, fossils, footprints, and streambed.
