Client Need:
Colorado University in Boulder, CO came to Colorado Hardscapes wanting to update their Student Housing, specifically Williams Village. They wanted to create an upgraded paving scheme that created continuity and flow around the sidewalks, steps, and exterior spaces.
Solution:
As a decorative concrete company, Colorado Hardscapes provided appropriate finishes, colors and textures that worked cohesively with the design concept. They used specialty scoring of Sandscape® Texture in a grid pattern with a Lithocrete® overlay appearing "river-like" and giving the walkways a unique look. Colorado Hardscapes worked with BHA Landscape Architects on the construction details.
Results:
CU received high-end paving for Williams Village that showcases emmaculate detailing in the scoring, Sandscape, and Lithocrete.
