Decorative Concrete Council Elects Jay Fangman Council Director

The Decorative Concrete Council (DCC) elected Jay Fangman of Colorado Hardscapes, Inc. council director for 2007-2008 in Las Vegas on April 12, 2007 at the council's board meeting.
The DCC is a specialty council of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of those who build with concrete, and to providing them with a unified voice in the construction industry. The DCC advances the quality and use of decorative concrete systems including stamped and stained concrete as well as concrete floor systems. There are approximately 530 member companies of the ASCC.
Jay Fangman has been a member of ASCC and DCC for 6 years. He has been with Colorado Hardscapes, a 60 year old decorative concrete contractor, as a concrete consultant and director of business development for the past 18 years. Altogether Jay has 33 years of experience in the concrete industry, spending 15 years in the concrete ready mix industry prior to joining Colorado Hardscapes.
