Wendell Van Heukelem starts his own concrete business. He grows from just one man and a truck to an established company.

Calvin Van Heukelem takes over the business when Wendell retires.

Company Incorporates as Van Heukelem Concrete, Inc.

Moving Day

Van Heukelem Concrete, Inc moves to 7803 E Harvard Ave.

Bomanite®

Van Heukelem Concrete, Inc becomes the CO Bomanite licensee.

Trade Name

Colorado Hardscapes becomes the legal trade name to Van Heukelem Concrete, Inc.

We introduce the brand new Sandscape Finish.

Moving Day

Colorado Hardscapes opens the first Concrete Design Center in Colorado at 8085 E Harvard Ave.

Vincent Van Heukelem becomes the 3rd generation CEO.
