Colorado Hardscapes partnered with Consilium Design and Wood Partners on Alta Mile High, a residential high-rise development located across from Empower Field in Denver. The project required the construction of an elevated pool and spa on a third-level podium.
The scope of work included the installation of a 970-square-foot pool and 60-square-foot spa with a sun shelf, Diamond Brite® plaster, and stone coping with custom sandblasted depth markers. Moreover, we carefully coordinated the mechanical room, pool systems, and plumbing installation. At ground level, we completed portions of the storm drain system. We constructed flow-control walls and installed decorative formliner walls with a natural stone finish.
By delivering both elevated aquatic systems and functional site infrastructure, Alta Mile High can provide durable and beautiful amenities.
