We’re proud to showcase our work at ALTA Piney Creek, where we delivered premium aquatic amenities for client Wood Partners. Designed in collaboration with Colorado Pool Designs and landscape architect Hord Coplan Macht, this project stands out for both its complexity and finish quality.
At the heart of the project sits a 25,000-gallon shotcrete pool. We finished it with Diamond Brite plaster and a 6-inch tile band. Surrounding it, we poured a 4,100-square-foot Sandscape® deck in Sunset Rose and installed 128 linear feet of broom finish coping.
Next to the pool, we built a 3,000-gallon raised spa. It features a fully tiled interior and exterior, along with a sleek, all-tile bench that adds modern appeal.
Coordinating elevations with other trades was a rewarding challenge that showcased our team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence. We seamlessly aligned our work with the building FFEs, slot drains, and retaining walls—all executed with exact precision. ALTA Piney Creek stands as a testament to another successful collaboration and a job well done.
