AMLI Golden Triangle stands as a high‑profile residential landmark in Denver’s Creative District. Colorado Hardscapes’ aquatics division collaborated with Swinerton and Aquatic Design Group (ADG) to deliver the luxury amenity centerpiece. Our team had previously completed successful projects for AMLI, making this partnership a natural extension of that trust.
The project features a 1,300 SF podium pool on the third floor. A tiled sun shelf and a premium polished Hydrazzo plaster finish distinguish the space. Unlike standard pool finishes, Hydrazzo requires a specialized polishing process to achieve its signature marble‑like texture.
Limited access to the level‑3 deck created the most significant challenge. Intense coordination with other trades and precise logistics allowed us to move materials into the tight urban footprint. Despite these hurdles, we completed our work at AMLI Golden Triangle with zero lost‑time injuries.
