As a collaboration between Carmel Partners, Colorado Pool Designs, and Colorado Hardscapes, the Braxton Apartments’ pool and spa project is one of our most exceptional works yet. Our team installed top-of-the-line features. This includes a 23,600-gallon pool with a baja shelf and a 2,500-gallon raised spa, both equipped with high-efficiency Raypak heaters.
The pool and spa showcase premium finishes, such as Diamond Brite Plaster, Daltile, Sandscape coping, and sandblasted depth markers. With the addition of the Pentair ColorVision® LED Bubbler with GloBrite® LED lights, this amenity deck stands out among the rest.
Colorado Hardscapes completed the entire pool work in-house, boasting our expertise in full-scope aquatics installation. The Braxton Apartments’ pool and spa project is a flagship installation of Colorado Hardscapes.
