In the spring of 2024, we proudly completed our work on the stunning Aria Apartments, also known as ENSO Zen. This project allowed us to showcase our expertise in decorative concrete, contributing to a beautiful and serene “Zen” garden for the apartment complex.
Our team installed two primary finishes:
- Sandscape Refined in Black Diamond: 1,602 SF
- Sandscape in Capitol Hill: 2,167 SF
The decorative concrete work, particularly the Sandscape Refined, created an elegant and tranquil atmosphere that perfectly complements the Zen-inspired design of the garden. The garden is thoughtfully divided into three distinct spaces, enhancing its serene ambiance. The developer, Weins Development Group, drew inspiration from two of our Design Center mockups. Weins appreciated the dark, modern color of one and the linear sawcuts of the other.
