Forge Apartments

We proudly unveil our latest project, the stunning Forge Apartments at 3901 Wynkoop, located across from One River North. This development offers luxury living, high-end amenities, and beautiful communal spaces in a prime location.

Our team played a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of the Forge Apartments. We focused on both the 3rd level amenity area and the ground-level entry. Below are the key features of our contribution:

3rd Level Amenity Area

  • Over 4,500 SF Integrally Colored Sandscape: We meticulously crafted this expansive area with a unique integrally colored Sandscape, providing a seamless blend of beauty and durability.
  • 1,000 SF Social Stairs: Matching the color and finish of the Sandscape, these social stairs create an inviting space for residents to gather, relax, and connect.

Ground-Level Entry

  • 14,000 SF Gray-Broomed Sidewalks: Our team expertly installed nearly 14,000 SF of gray-broomed sidewalks, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing entryway for residents and visitors.
  • Various Steps, Ramps, Curbs, Drive Aprons, and Retaining Wall: These essential elements were carefully placed to enhance accessibility and aesthetics. These both reflect our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Our work at the Forge Apartments enhances the 3rd level amenity area and ground-level entry. Consequently, each aspect contributes to the appeal and functionality of this remarkable residential development.
