This project includes the pool decks at Broadstone Montane Apartments near Parker. This huge pool deck consisted of 330 linear ft. of Sandscape® (our premium version of sand finish) Textured pool coping, 10,000 sq. ft. of broomed uncolored concrete, 5200 sq. ft. of stamped concrete and a small area of Micro-Top ST. Working with Alliance Residential, Colorado Hardscapes was able to take the Norris Design plan and make it a reality. As a result, the combination of concrete finishes worked well together. The Sandscape® coping on the pool and lazy river complemented the broom finished concrete interspersed with Bomanite imprinted concrete throughout the pool deck. Additionally a decorative MicroTop coating on a small area of the post-tension foundation slab to match the Sandscape® finish. We take extra pride in producing these unique finishes to meet the needs of our clients, owners, and designers.
