Novel RiNo Apartments

At the Novel RiNo apartments, we had the privilege of playing an integral role in the development of this innovative property located in Denver’s River North Art District. Commissioned by CC RiNo, LLC, and brought to life by Milender White and Land Design, this project beautifully blends cutting-edge design with functionality, offering a modern, urban living experience that embodies the creativity and energy of the surrounding area.
Our scope of work at Novel RiNo included concrete and pool construction services. Continuing, each service was executed with quality, precision, and aesthetic appeal. From the beginning of the project, we focused on every detail. In all, our goal was to meet the high standards of this landmark development.

Some of the key elements we contributed to include:

  • Gray Sidewalks: 14,500 sq. ft. of walkways.
  • Integral Color Sidewalks: 1,320 sq. ft. of enhanced sidewalks.
  • Curb and Gutter: 476 linear ft. of expertly installed curbing and drainage solutions.
  • Alley Concrete (Gray): 3,366 sq. ft. of Denver Right of Way concrete.
  • Planter Walls: 185 linear ft. of planter walls.
  • Sandscape Walls: 186 linear ft. of sand-textured walls.
  • Interior Floor Staining: 5,034 sq. ft. of stained flooring.
  • Steps: 199 linear ft. of steps.

 

Additionally, we constructed a 25,304-gallon swimming pool and a 5,659-gallon spa. At Colorado Hardscapes, we are proud to have contributed to this exceptional project, delivering results that align with the vision and standards of Novel RiNo.
