ORIGIN Apartments in Downtown Superior, Colorado is a stunning rooftop space brought to life by our turnkey pool and spa package. This project boasts a 2,500-gallon raised spa and a 14,200-gallon baja shelf pool. Both feature Diamond Brite plaster, 1″x1″ tiles, Sandscape coping, sandblasted depth markers, and scenic views of foothills from the fifth floor.
We worked with Colorado Pool Designs, Dig Studio, and Carmel Partners to ensure a seamless project execution. Our close relationship with Carmel played a pivotal role in smooth project flow and timely delivery as they acted as the Owner, Designer, and GC.
