At The Northern, a 16-story residential building in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Colorado Hardscapes brought craftsmanship and problem-solving to create a stunning podium pool and spa with a raised deck area. This project, a part of Denargo Market, centers around a sleek space designed for both relaxation and connection.
Our team completed the pool and spa fully in-house, including cast-in-place coping, tile, and plaster. We also built the surrounding Sandscape® site walls, stairs, and ramps that shape the elevated deck, along with ground-level site concrete.
Early in the design phase, we worked alongside CFC Construction to resolve an elevation challenge. By using geofoam beneath the deck, we were able to raise the area while preserving the overall design intent.
