At the DriveTrain apartments in RiNo, we installed a turn-key pool and spa. Working with Carmel Contractors, we installed the Sandscape coping, ADA ramps, amenity deck, remove/replace work, entryway Sandscape, and plinth wall.
All of the Sandscape installed on this project was in the color Cobblestone. Having collaborated with Landscape Architect, Confluence in the past, the color and finish were an obvious choice.
Coordination and timing of working around the many parts and pieces was the most difficult part of this project. Other than that, this project was very straightforward and smooth sailing. We’re extremely happy with how it turned out, and we hope the residents at DriveTrain enjoy their new pool deck for many years to come!
