At the Fieldhouse Apartments in Thornton, CO we were able to bring our expertise and innovation to install various elements to the new community’s amenity area. Our scope of work includes its pool, spa, and flatwork surrounding the leasing office. In collaboration with Carmel Partners, Colorado Pool Designs, and KTGY, our work has contributed to a space for all residents to enjoy.
The focal point of the project was a turnkey pool and spa. The spacious pool spans over 1325 square feet, while the spa, raised and enveloped in tiles, covers 177 square feet. Additionally, we installed sandblasted and painted depth markers on the Sandscape coping (Color: San Diego Buff ). Both the pool deck and amenity deck include a Sandscape finish in the color Mesquite.
As an all-encompassing project, we also placed Sandscape in the same Mesquite color at the entrance of the leasing office. This walkway incorporates circular sawcuts, providing a meticulous touch that sets the stage for all visitors.
All in all, we had the privilege of creating a stunning environment for the Fieldhouse Apartments complex. Our team applied their knowledge, skills, and creativity to fulfill the client’s expectations and bring their vision into reality.
