At this private residence, we collaborated with the client and Lifescape to do a complete backyard overhaul and created a beautiful, Colorado oasis! Our scope of work includes:
- A new, 8′ x 8′ spa with 14 jet nozzles and RGB lighting.
- A natural sandstone waterfall to replace the existing faux rock.
- A re-plastered pool with 460 new fiber optic lights (Lighting done by others).
- New, Sandscape pool coping.
- Tile along the pool’s trim and waterline.
Though beautiful, this project had its complications. One of which was meticulously plastering around the 460 fiber optic lights. Additionally, we had to maneuver through structural constraints and shallow existing pipes. Yet, through the challenges, this private residence got the backyard of their dreams.
