Briargate Water Feature

Working with Galloway, we constructed the Briargate water feature with four different types of concrete. Additionally, it has a light acid wash finish. Built with the same method as our Sedimentary Walls, the bowl has lifts of concrete and rocks between the layers. The reason being that this gives the waves more distinction. There are 9 nozzles that shoot arcs of water into the bowl. Furthermore, a bubbler in the center pushes the water to create the weir edge around the circumference. The large, 7 ft. diameter of the Briargate water feature shows that even Architectural Water Features can be creative and modern in their design.
