You know you’ve been around a long time when you start updating and replacing your own work twenty-something years later. I2 Construction headed up the project and brought Colorado Hardscapes on board to replace the front entry and back pool deck. Along with the flatwork, this design featured Sandscape® Textured Walls (our premium version of sand finish) and Board Formed Walls to assist with the elevation changes at the back of the building down to the pool deck. Our Sandscape® Textured finish was installed at both the front entry and back patio/steps/pool deck. We even succeeded in getting MicroTop – ST installed on the front water feature wall. Congratulations to everyone who worked on this project. It is certainly something Tava Waters will enjoy and tout for the next 20 years. After that – who knows what we’ll be installing!
