QUIN Apartments

At the QUIN Apartments off of 10th and Santa Fe, our team installed the primary amenity deck which included a 217 SF turn-key spa, a 970 SF Sandscape deck in the color Capitol Hill, and coping in Fossil Gray. We worked with Holland as the GC, Studio PBA as the architects, and Colorado Pool Designs to ensure that we installed the spa in line with Denver Public Health requirements and within the constraints of the site on top of meeting aesthetic goals. With the help of our experts, we accomplished both of these and can say we take great pride in our work at the QUIN Apartments.
