Innovating with Sandscape Flatwork
One of our proudest contributions to the One River North project is the range of Sandscape flatwork we’ve placed throughout the development. Visible on walkways, stairs, and balconies, this innovative technique involves exposing the aggregate in concrete, producing a consistent, durable, and slip-resistant effect.
Water Feature and Rooftop Pool
In addition to the Sandscape flatwork, our team is also responsible for the installation of a unique scaling water feature and a rooftop turn-key pool and spa56. These amenities not only add an element of luxury but also create a serene oasis amidst the bustling city life.
