This past year alone, our team has grown in size by an incredible 46%. Despite the challenges that come with such rapid growth, our employees have remained focused on their mission to exceed expectations and deliver top-notch results every single day. This alone has played a critical role in our record-breaking productivity and the successful completion of numerous monumental projects; including Central Park Plaza, Adams County Veterans Memorial, Presbyterian St. Luke’s, One River North, and multiple projects at Denver Zoo.
Despite these successes, our most important achievement of 2023 has been the expansion of our safety team. We recognized that with growth, it was necessary to build up our resources for safety more than ever before.
